I'm having a hard time figuring out what content to place on which sites, particularly Posterous and publish2. I have my main site, which features my portfolio, contact info, etc.

What should I put on Posterous and how should I best utilize publish2? As an independent, I'm not coordinating content with anyone.

I'm thinking I can publish random on-the-go stuff on Posterous, but I'd be using my iPhone, which produces less than stellar images and limits my writing.

As for publish2, I'm not sure what to do as far as links beyond the clips section. I specialize in coverage of the South, particularly civil rights and education issues. Should I link that interesting info in those areas? Who is the target audience for our publish2 sites? Fellow journalists? The public?

Why am I having a mental block on this? No one else seems confused as to how to make it all work together.

I'm on Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Flickr, Wordpress, Ning, Vimeo, Vodpod, LinkedIn and more -- I believe that as many Social Media sites you are on, you can continually outreach yourself and your organization,

Well I'm getting more familiar with Ning, and Twitter has its pluses, but nothing tops the universality of Facebook, despite the user-interface frustrations.

What is everyone's favorite social networking site?
