I've found that CP does a great job helping someone with a love of tech but a lack of technical prowess. This does mean that I've run into a few snags.
My current problem is our podcast content. Our news organization is starting to record stories and original content in the college radio booths and producing them for online content.
I've uploaded a six minute mp3 track under the podcast manager in CP but when I attempt to listen to it I can only access the first 40 seconds or so.
Anyone else have this problem or some advice on how to fix it? CP support unfortunately has been sluggish on replying and I'm not even sure I can describe the problem accurately for them.
