Brian... I see the shot with you and your dog. You know that pets begin looking like their owners?

Bio
I am a young and driven, I suppose "wired" journalist finding his way in the middle of the nation. I graduated in communication from Oakland University in my home state of Michigan. I also began working in TV in Michigan as well at market 208, Alpena. I began as a reporter, quickly became weekend anchor and after 2 months was the main weekday anchor. After 4 months in Alpena I was hired at 27 News in Topeka, KS (Market 138) Perhaps a little too driven and a little too wired I was an awkward fit there and it was mutually agreed I should look for a new position elsewhere. I was then hired that same week at the #1 station in Topeka with an Award winning team and award winning Web Channel. I worked for 18 months as weekend anchor/reporter.
I'm currently employed at KODE in Joplin, Missouri (Market 145) I am a main anchor on the 5,6, & 10 Mon-Fri.
I am boisterous, certainly not afraid to ask the tough questions, eager to snag a breaking story and determined to dig to uncover one.
I earned a Kansas Association of Broadcasters Award in 2007 for In Depth News Reporting on horse slaughter.
