I just graduated from UC Berkeley's journalism school. Though I come from generations of book lovers and writers, I've gradually realized we live in a post-literate age. If we don't start pouring rich and meaningful stories into the media channels people are using, we will lose a generation of audiences to online entertainment and the slanted messaging of corporate communicators. I want to help give birth to journalism's new face on the web. I'm a writer, editor and audio-visual storyteller with rapidly evolving web production skills. I want to tell powerful stories of real human beings that will inform, suprise and awaken intellectual curiosity...to the point that-- after viewing my story--someone might go out and read a book on the topic!
hi
how are you doin there?
i hve just joined the club on an invitation from a friend that i can resist, Ares is the name.
We worked together in one publication before he went abroad to graze in greener pastures pursuing his career as an editor.
I am left here ( and so do the others) doin the same thing (some of them) as you do and have been doin some business projects also in the field of events management.
I hope we can be friends in the very near future.
