I'm curious what it's like in New Orleans now. I've been reluctant to return post-hurricane. I know a lot of people from the old Picayune have left. Who's in the West Bank bureau with you now?
Something is messed up with my personal page. Tried to upload an image, and succeeded in crashing the page. (Yea, me.) Further demonstrating why it is absolutely impossible to make something "soldier proof." WE can mess up anything.
Eh, there's nothing there yet. In either the military or the history one. Looking at them as an experiment (Old dogs and all) and a public service/resource. Both military and the history.
Hi Dennis,
That's funny! No, I'm not aware of any relation--but you don't meet a Specht every day, so we could all very well be distant kin. Speaking of random connections: do you know my boyfriend, Chris Kirkham? He's a reporter there at the T-P.
