Bio: I'm a second year journalism student at Elon University in Elon, N.C. It's a beautiful place and I've made so many great connections! I recently did a short internship at the Greensboro News and Record and am now a columnist for the Rock Creek Record. I love to learn- I feel like that's what life's about. I love to read and of course to write. I love to travel, and will be studying in Brighton, England Sep.-Dec. of this year. I like to cook & bake, watch movies, go for drives, listen to music, volunteer and generally just be around people.

I did an internship in Texas my senior year of college, I won't say the name of the paper but their political and government writers, heck even their local government writers were INFLUENCED by outside sources when they would write about certain issues. Did the editor do anything? Nope, they just looked away from it. Very sad!
