I recently started a new blog that is meant to follow the process of trying to make the small town newspaper where I work "Internet savvy."

We have a few ideas and goals in mind. Some things we've tried have been successful and others aren't taking hold as well as we'd like.

I'm trying to connect with other journalists and try to get feedback about how a small staff can catch up with the times.
