Producers assigned posting shifts away from their deadline times for tv shows, plus one full time dayside web guy who adds extras to content, helps get breaking news on etc. The blog site I am working on is being created to centralize my two blogs on each tv station I anchor for (wspa.com and carolinascw.com)

It is up but not connected to our site yet. Still fine tuning and getting ready to talk it over with managers. Would love your feedback! But you may be a little slammed for a while with your launch. Take your time! And best of luck. You'll get resistance a first but it will pay off!

We're one of the first in our group. It's becoming pretty natural for folks now. I see people as busily working on web as tv and that is a major newsroom cultural change!
