LAS VEGAS: Robb Montgomery interviews the 27-year-old founding editor for Moscow's youth-oriented Akzia newspaper. Maximchenko was in Las Vegas to pick up her award for World's Best Designed newspaper and also speak at the SND APME congress.
Svetlana has grown the circulation of her paper from 900 a copy in 2001 to more than 200,000 in 2008.
