Get wired to win.

A while back, a friend of mine told me about Grand Central, a tool from Google that allows you to make and record phone calls through the Web. Sounds impossibly cool...and impossible to get. I'm not sure exactly what's going on, but it was an invite only tool...which is not out of invites. Or maybe they're working out the kinks. In any event, I can't wait for it to become available. It could totally change the way I work.

Anyone know how to score an invite?

I heard about that program a week or two ago but never bothered to look into it (I think I was stuck in some manager's meeting). It would be a way cool way to record and manage phone interviews.

Totally. I've looked into it a bit more, and it looks like you have to score an invite from an existing member.

Yeah, I was just nosing around it. It looks like they might be handing out a limited number of additional from GC invites, but they'll be hard to come by. Must now search message boards for a user willing to part with an invite. And I must pick what area code I want...
