Is there a way to find free music as background for slide shows? From where?

For Mac users with the latest version of iLife, GarageBand comes with lots of pre-loaded royalty free "jingles" that can be great for slideshows or as jingles and intros for podcasts. Just click on the loop browser (the eye icon on the bottom left) and select jingles.
Otherwise, you can purchase royalty free music online at a variety of sites. http://www.royaltyfreemusic.com has some free music available for download under "free music".

Walk me through how I transfer GaragaBand jingles to a Audacity? Would I save it on my desktop then simply import it like I do other audio?
