This is pretty cool, nice touch matching music and photo transitions. And the Photoshop layering around some of the subjects is a good way to keep it fresh. Ok, to tear it apart, if you had enough images, use them more in the tranistions, like a flip book. Because the direction you were heading is on its way there anyway and a fashion show provides good content for something like that. (Question: do your photographers shoot with multimedia in mind? Ie. shooting multiple, continuous frames of a model working the runway -- like a time lapse -- so you can combine those images in the soundslide project? Or, in general, thinking about how their images will play in a slideshow project? Something to think about mentioning to them if they are not.)
Don't know how you are posting this, but the load time is very very prohibitive. Takes way too long, viewers will not wait for that kind of load time. I'm on a fast connection and it took over 30 seconds to load, that is an eternity! Bad news, you are probably loosing a lot of traffic b/c of that. Try to figure out why. If it is your server, renting streaming server space is pretty cheap these days, might be worth doing.
Lastly, you project is cool, but the cover page you see while waiting for it to load is brutal. You should redo it, or maybe create unique cover pages unique to each project, maybe with a style rule so that although each would be unique, they all have some kind of unified style and branding so people recognize them as coming from your outlet.
