- I'm a 20-plus year beat reporter, the last 11 spent covering K12 and higher education. I've done a pretty good job over the years building connections to traditional readers but a lousy job connecting with readers who care about education but will never read a story in the paper. I'm hoping to build a social network of Twin Cities readers focused on schools and education. What I have right now are some ideas and a text heavy blog.
