- B.S. and M.A. in photojournalism from Syracuse University. Worked as a photographer/designer for colleges in upstate NY, then started teaching career at the University of Miami. Currently Associate Professor at the University of Tennessee. Long-time member of SND, NPPA, AEJMC. In my spare time I'm a washtub bassist for klezmer band Tennessee Schmaltz.
