kaso, b4 she was freed there are lots of RUMORs circulating d2 dat allegedly pakawala cy ng tv to cover-up d hot issue of meralco & lopez's....

nw dat the elec3c bill will lower by .30/kwh, "pnalabas" n kc cooldown na ang issue...
